New W-Beam Guardrail

The revolutionary addition of NEW Material being made available has been shaping the way W-Beam Guardrail material is applied in the agricultural industry. Whereas the steel W-Beam Guardrail product was always previously used in traffic safety applications before it made its way into the livestock yard, now there is another option! Buyers and builders can now have NEW guardrail produced on demand, straight from our own manufacturing plant. This material is consistently straight, clean, and solid. Our material can be delivered right to your door, and is also available for pickup at locations across our great nation. We are proud to provide this excellent option to our valued customers who want consistent quality and count. You may also order your material manufactured to specific lengths.

New Guardrail provides you with more options:

• Cut your guardrail to length. We can make the panel fit exactly, which equals Saving on time, extra materials and labor by special ordering your guardrail panels cut to exact lengths. This works great with gate and other close-measurement designs.
• Also, our customers can specify exact locations and frequency of the holes along the length of the panel, which often helps them, “Work smarter.”

New Modified W-Beam Panel & “Ray-Guard” Panel

One of our newest products is “Modified W-Beam Panel” or “Ray-Guard.” This amazing narrower width option provides our customers with a cost-effective strong barrier option with superior NEW material!

This product offers:

• Cost Effective Barrier! Ray-Guard is 15-18% cheaper than our New Standard W-Beam Material!
• Lighter weight allows for greater ease of Handling.
• Ray-guard can be Powder-Coated to Any Color.
• Can be used as a Windbreak panel.
• Approx. 10.5 inches in width.

Used W-Beam Guardrail

When shopping for W-Beam (12”) panel, you may choose from LONG (26’) or SHORT (13’6”) panels.

Thrie-Beam

Thrie-Beam (20” Panel) Manufactured Specifications: ASTM A-123

SHORT Panel: (Rail is only produced in 13’6” lengths)
Physical Length: 13’6” // Width: 20” // Height: 3.25” // Thickness (12ga.): 0.105 in. // Weight per Panel: 142 lbs. ea. Weight per ft. (approx): 10.5 lbs.

NOTE: Square Foot coverage of a standard 20” wide Panel: 20” (or 1.67’) x 13.5’ = 22.5 Sq Ft. Coverage per Panel. (The average $/per square foot coverage is even more affordable than w-beam panel.)

Standard and Custom Lengths: 10’ and 12’ and 16 feet in length. Longer installations are available, specially engineered for systems needing extended lengths.

Guardrail Posts

We offer several VERY affordable options on used guardrail posts!
 
Guardrail posts are Hefty 6” in height of the “I”, and 4 inches in the width of the flange. These posts are 8.5 pounds per foot and come in these sizes: 5’9”; 6ft.; 7ft. and 8ft.

We have all these lengths. Check for truckload availability. The Galvanization can be heavy on the standard 6” I-beam post, thus this product is known for its superior longevity.
 
We also offer an option to RE-Section Guardrail Post material:
 
Taking a 6 foot post, and adding to that, a 3’ section of another post, we build very affordable, strong, livestock fencing posts. Call us for more information and options!
